Our families are bombarded with counterviews, that often seems appealing to our children. There is a great need to not only minister to non-believers but strengthen the Saints. Our mission for this new type of ministry is to offer families a place to come and see it is possible to enjoy all aspects of life; movies, television, music, gaming, home  school, sports, and more while keeping Christ foremost in their lives. This is not only a family-friendly event but a family-strengthening event.

BOOTH LOCATION ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE BASED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. THEY WILL BE ASSIGNED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RESERVED. SO DON’T WAIT BE SURE TO RESERVER YOUR SPOT NOW!

 ARE YOU AN AUTHOR OR COMIC ARTIST/PUBLISHER?

If the answer is YES, the you are eligible to get a Authors Table. The cost is $130 and includes One (1) Eight Foot Table and Two (2) Chairs along with Author/Artist Badge.

ARE YOU AN FILM PRODUCER, BAND, PODCASTER OR A CRAFTER?

If the answer is YES, the you are eligible to get a Creators Table. The cost is $150 and includes One (1) Eight Foot Table and Two (2) Chairs along with Creator Badge.

EXTRA DEALER/EXHIBITOR BADGES can be purchased at Registration for $25 each available to those working the booth only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Assigned Badges are only to be used by staff running the booth or working the event, the sale or distribution of these badges is prohibited. However additional Badges are available for purchase at $40 each.

All additional services, equipment and furnishings are the responsibility of the Dealer/Exhibitor. You may provide your own furnishings or rent them from the decorator that will be available on site.

RiseUp Con or the Sevierville Convention Center will not provide carts, dollies or other means for moving merchandise or exhibitor items.

RiseUp Con or the Sevierville Convention Center will not provide volunteers or staff to help load or unload merchandise or items for exhibitors.

Riseup Con reserves the right to change booth locations at the promoter’s discretion.

Please keep in mind that some of the large islands may be split into smaller booths.

Renting, Selling or Subletting booth space is strictly prohibited.

Merchandise for Sale

First and Foremost this is a Christian and Family based event. Keep that in mind when you choose to setup and vcend at the event. No obscene or vulgure products will not be tolerated. If you do not adhere to this rule the Vendor in question can be expelled from the show with no refund. Show managment reserves the rights to deem any products not displayable at the event. If you have any questions about your product, company or organization please feel free to contact us.

Exhibitor agrees that all merchandise for sale is legal and licensed.

Exhibitors selling unlicensed or bootleg merchandise, may be ejected from the convention with no refund of booth space.

 

Taxes and Licenses

Exhibitors shall obtain any licenses, permits, identification numbers, or approvals under federal, state or local law applicable to its activities at the event at its sole expense for Tennessee State sales tax.

 

Damages & Losses

Promoter will provide on-site security. However, Exhibitor accepts full responsibility for any damages to your booth or merchandise for any reason. Promoter is not responsible for any loss.

 

Cancellation

Exhibitor recognizes and agrees that there are no refunds or exchanges given 45 days out or less.

Credit will be given for space MORE than 45 days out. If Exhibitor chooses a refund, a 25% restock fee will be charged for the space.

Promoter agrees to refund booth fees within 45 days if the event is cancelled for any reason.

 HOLD HARMLESS:

By purchasing a booth you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by both the terms and conditions set on this application. I acknowledge that failure to abide by the rules may result in the loss of my Exhibitor privileges without recourse or refund. By agreeing to exhibit at RiseUp Con, the exhibitor agrees to protect, keep and save RiseUp Con, Freedom Network, LLC and the Sevierville Convention Center forever harmless from any damage, loss, theft, cost, liability, act of god, terrorism or expense that arises from their exhibiting at this show. This agreement covers full setup, run of the show and teardown.

Convention Center Address:

202 Gists Creek Rd, Sevierville, TN 37876
When you are arriving at the Convention Center you will pass the main entrance and then you will see a Vendor Entrance that leads to a large parking area and loading docks. If you see the “Red” Triangle on the loadin map, that is where you will enter for checkin. You can park in this lot as well during the event.
